New business pitches are a double-edged sword. On one hand, it's really refreshing because it's a pitch and you can get really creative without the limitations of a real budget or timeline. On the other hand, it's a pressure cooker because there are high expectations to win it and increase agency revenue. This assignment was a pleasure. It was a passion project. In the end, the client decided to go with another agency. To this day, I still feel they were wrong.
